Well, it's not that bad...

Although I have played it before, I got to spend some time with Tekken 5 today, and I have to say that it was okay. Being the huge "fighting-game" fan that I am, I was curious to see how the game would compare to others I have played. My favorite is still the DOA series for now, but the Tekken game was a lot of fun to play. My only complaint about the game was the use of the same old "kung-fu"y sound effects that sound like they were recorded in a cardboard box. Still it was fun for a few hours and I really enjoyed the ability to play the old versions included in the game as well.
Fun stuff.

Now back to DOA...

Or Halo. Yep Halo! HooHa!!!

Will pay for work.

Today I will talk about Halo2. I really want to be playing it right now. You know the feeling. Right now, like RIGHT NOW!
It is not my favorite game, but it seems to transcend that limbo between time and space quite well. Not to mention the fact that I find my rank slightly improved the last few days.
Oh well, another day another dollar. Spent. Spent very quickly at school learning all these marvelous technologies, as well as getting tired and back sore from sitting all day.
I was conversing with a friend about his work and I commented about how nice it would be to have a job. He replied stating that I did have a job or work. And I thought to myself, "Oh, yeah. I do have to work, I just don't get paid."

"Doh!"

Back to the ring. (HALO)

Ah, the light is dawning and I do believe I am beginning to get the hang of this stuff. After falling off the bus and losing track of two whole days, it may be coming together for me.
Aside from my deplorable typing skills, I am starting to flow with the code being required in labs and assignments. I am still not by any means a pro, and do not have any grand aspirations to be some super techno geek. But, things are making sense and starting to appear less bleak.
I would also like to point out, though I missed it earlier, that I appreciate the wonderful comments that have been posted to some of my early posts and as I gain more experience hopefully I can start posting things of actual interest to someone.

Lab Critic

Fry's Outpost.com is an electronics vendor site. It is composed of a spartan graphic design accessible via a series of menu tabs and subtabs. The home page usually opens with the weeks sales and ads prominently featured in the content section.
The top of the page features the site logo and the main navigation tabs. The side navigation starts out the same way, but updates with subtabs as you progress through the site. Basically you will always have an access point to or from where you want top go in the site.
However due to the enormous selection of items, even with the constant navigation updates, it is still easy to get a little lost. So it does take some getting used to.
The site also features more ads to the left of the main panel. These can feature either a specific sale item or an individual vendor brand/sponsor.

"Jade" Is Not Just A Color.

Well, after viewing a fellow classmates site--Blog de Jade Rauenzahn--I can honestly say that I feel very priveledged to share the air with such artistic eccentricity. Almost aristocratic in her verbal usage, which turns mine pale in comparison. Hopefully I can aspire to such verbal greatness in the follwing months.
